With his off-the-rails live show and charismatic stage presence, Melbourne, Australia’s Michael Beach is one of contemporary underground music's great songwriters and bandleaders. A fan favorite at Gonerfest and on the DIY touring circuit, Beach is building a loyal fan base one fan at a time with an equally confounding and compelling live show, splitting the difference between Bill Fay and Jerry Lee Lewis.
Michael’s debut live LP, Live at Phoenix Central Park is out now on Minneapolis label 25 Diamonds. He’s playing 3 west coast dates this October in trio format with Utrillo Kushner (Comets on Fire/Colossal Yes) and Eli Eckert (Drunk Horse, Once and Future Band).
